Trusted trader & client relationship

  1. Scope of Work Trader agrees to provide trade services specific to their area of competence (e.g. painting or plumbing). The Company will organise jobs, gather required information, and in certain scenarios, request a site visit for the Trader.

  2. Quoting and Invoicing Process a. Trader shall provide a quote for each job after receiving the necessary information from the Company. b. The Company will forward the quote to the client. c. Upon client approval, Trader will carry out the work as specified in the quote. d. Upon completion of the work, Trader shall send an invoice to the Company. e. The Company will forward the Trader's invoice to the client and handle the payment process.

  3. Independent Contractor a. Trader acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. b. Trader is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and other obligations as an independent contractor. c. The company is independent from the job & the contract is between the client and trader. In the case of any dispute the company will help come to a solution, but is not responsible for any liability.
